Who we are
Milton Build is a construction materials company based in Hong Kong. We supply, install, and support high-performance materials for commercial and public projects across Asia.
Right now our focus is rubber flooring and insulation — for hotels, schools, sports facilities, playgrounds, and commercial developments. We work with leading European manufacturers and bring their products to this region.
We're growing into broader construction materials. The goal is to be the partner that architects, contractors, and procurement teams come to when they need quality materials and someone who actually understands the project.

Project Partners
Our regional representatives work alongside you from day one — understanding your project, recommending the right materials, and visiting the site to ensure everything fits. Based across Northern China, Southern China, Hong Kong, and Macau, they bring deep product knowledge and a hands-on, consultative approach.
Technical Services
A dedicated team of material specialists who ensure quality at every stage. They conduct on-site assessments, resolve installation challenges, and liaise directly with our suppliers’ technical teams when deeper expertise is needed — so you never have to troubleshoot alone.
Operations
The backbone behind every delivery. Our operations team manages logistics end-to-end — customs clearance, import handling, shipping coordination — so materials arrive on schedule and you can focus entirely on your project.
