Privacy Policy

What we collect

We collect personal information in two ways:

• Contact form — name, email address, company, region, area of interest, and your message, together with the page you were on and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the address.
• Site analytics — only with your consent: pages visited, referring site, approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser type. Analytics data is collected into our own self-hosted Matomo instance; we do not use third-party analytics services, and your data is never sold or shared with advertisers.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and route it to the right regional team.
• To keep a record of sales leads and follow-up on them.
• To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

Where your data goes (cross-border transfers)

Our systems run on infrastructure outside mainland China. If you are visiting from mainland China, the personal information described above is transferred outside mainland China when you submit the contact form or consent to analytics.

• Contact form submissions are delivered by Resend (email infrastructure, servers in Japan) and stored in Feishu (Lark) Base, our lead-management system.
• Analytics data is stored in our self-hosted Matomo instance on Amazon Web Services in Singapore and is processed only by the Milton Group.

The recipient of these transfers is the Milton Group; the purpose, categories of information, and retention periods are as described in this policy. By submitting the form or accepting analytics cookies you consent to these transfers. You may withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights").

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies: functional cookies needed to operate the site, and — only after you accept them — Matomo analytics cookies used to recognise repeat visits. Declining analytics cookies does not affect your use of the site.

Retention

• Contact-form leads: kept for as long as we have an active business relationship or a legitimate need to follow up, and deleted on request.
• Analytics data: raw visitor data is kept for a maximum of 24 months.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw any consent you have given. Contact us at hello@milton.co or through the contact form and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are in mainland China, you have these rights under the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL); in Hong Kong, under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO).

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes to what we collect or where it goes will be flagged in the consent banner.
